We are seeking a social, dynamic and energetic individual with experience in the fitness and/or wellness industries and an interest or, preferably, experience in sales to manage the Stretch Zone studio in Aiken, SC. The selected applicant will be provided with systems, management, sales and stretch training. Stretch certification will be required and some travel to obtain the relevant training will be necessary.
The selected applicant will be a leader. He or she will be detail oriented, analytical and a self starter who takes pride in a job well done. The applicant will be adept at basic computer functions and comfortable with learning new programs.

Stretch Zone provides practitioner assisted stretching. The Stretch Zone stretch practitioners stretch clients while relaxing comfortably on a table - with the practitioner doing the work. Stretching in a relaxed state, unlike when one stretches oneself, provides lasting results felt from the clients' first visit.
Stretch Zone provides clients with Flex-ability for Life® by using proprietary stretching methods, personalized for each client, and a patented stabilization system which permits clients to maintain a relaxed state in order to achieve the full benefits of practitioner assisted stretching.
Stretch Zone is a franchise and the Aiken, SC location is one of over 400 locations across the country.
Stretch Zone facilities offer a welcoming environment, trained and certified practitioners, and comfortable equipment.
Stretch Zone operates on a membership basis, offering a variety of programs to fit clients' needs, time and financial budgets. Membership credits may be used at any location.
Responsibilities of the Sales and Studio Manager:
Develops business by Introducing potential clients to Stretch Zone methods and presenting them with a stretch program suitable and tailored to their needs
Arranges off-site events and business collaborations to demonstrate the Stretch Zone product to the community and develop quality leads to build the studio membership
Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service and individualized and effective practitioner-assisted stretching consistent with their individualized program protocols.
Manages the studio staff to:
maintain studio hours and assure effective time utilization of staff,
meet studio sales KPIs,
provide excellent client service to support client retention,
assure staff compliance with Stretch Zone stretch protocols and the team member hand book,
provide or arrange team member training as and when needed or required by Stretch Zone corporate, and
maintain a clean, inviting and safe premises
Drives studio culture and support team-member retention,
Supports expense management and provide regular reporting to studio ownership
Maintains current familiarity with all Stretch Zone systems used in the studio operations
Performs required operational tasks such as tracking swag inventory, stocking studio requirements, managing the front desk (taking payments, executing membership agreements, making phone calls, etc.)
