    Executive Assistant

    Studio10SF is partnering with a fast paced media company in the heart of San Francisco. This role requires a hardworking, efficient and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple top priorities at once including but not limited to c-suite operations and management, travel and event management, administrative tasks, organizational and operations support, and personal assistance. Must be a self-starter with a high tolerance or ambiguity. This role is essential to the overall success and performance of the organization. This an amazing international work environment with start-up culture and easily accessible by public transportation.

    Expectations and Tasks:

    · Manage Executive’s daily calendar, travel, meeting and event arrangements

    · Prepare Executive for upcoming meetings, conducting preliminary research

    · Take minutes and conduct follow-up correspondence via email

    · Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as Leadership Team Meetings, business lunches/meetings, etc.

    · Prepare reports and assist with office-related clerical work

    · Keep records of client and investor interactions

    · Assist office staff in maintaining organization and completion of company documents, files, and procedures

    · Assist with planning and execution of special events C-Suite Operations & Assistance

    · Engage with Executives daily regarding the status of projects

    · Provide organizational support to the Executive, helping to ensure action items, deadlines and deliverables are completed

    · Execute Executive-driven initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed

    · Serve as a representative of the Executive in external dealings and communications

    · Maintain the highest level of confidentiality

    Requirements:

    · Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, project coordinator, or related field preferred

    · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, technology and applications, and computer skills

    · Exemplary planning, organizational, and time management skills

    · High attention to detail and excellent memory recall

    · Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and relationship skills

    · Flexible working hours should be expected
