WE ARE SEEKING A MEDICAL ASSISTANT/PHLEBOTOMIST TO JOIN OUR APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM AND BECOME A PROFESSIONAL PIERCER AT STUDS.

Our Apprenticeship Program is a minimum 4-8 week commitment and includes classroom style learning, observation, and hands-on training. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll receive a full-time piercing position at a growing nationwide brand that offers:

WE’RE LOOKING FOR LA-BASED APPRENTICES TO JOIN OUR TRAINING PROGRAM THAT WILL KICKOFF IN DECEMBER.  GRADUATED APPRENTICES WILL BECOME FULL-TIME PIERCERS AT OUR MELROSE AND CENTURY CITY STUDIO LOCATIONS. 

As an apprentice, you will be taught various skills to become a well-rounded piercer including: Sterilization; bedside manner; piercing techniques; workplace safety practices; materials, equipment, and supplies training. At Studs we only pierce ears and we only use single use needles.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of work experience, including two years as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (performing venipunctures and / or finger sticks)

• Great interpersonal skills interacting with patients and excitement about applying these skills to customers

• Interest in full or part-time role as a Studs piercer, upon program completion

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experience

• Travel to NYC during training 

• Interest in potentially relocating to new Studs locations
