We are looking for a responsible and patient Study Hall Instructor to support students during supervised study sessions. This role focuses on answering questions, guiding homework, and helping students build effective study habits.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with students and want a flexible, low-pressure teaching environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise students during study hall sessions

Provide academic support and answer student questions (Math preferred)

Assist with homework completion and concept clarification

Encourage focus, productivity, and good study habits

Maintain a quiet and positive learning environment

Communicate with staff if any academic concerns arise

Qualifications

Strong academic background (especially in Math; Science is a plus)

Patient, responsible, and good with students

Able to explain concepts clearly

Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred (not required)

College students or graduates welcome

Preferred

Familiar with middle school / high school curriculum

Experience with AP courses (a plus)

Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
