WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license (Louisiana)

1+ years as a Lash Stylist required

1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred

Customer service focused; loves on your clients

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Ability to work some weekends and some evenings

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL:

Our compensation is performance-based and designed to reward productivity and growth. Stylists typically earn between $15-$25/hour, with the opportunity to earn more through:

Commission on services

Bonus on membership sales

10% commission on retail sales
