Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
2. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards that promote a culture of operational excellence and drive results.
3. Lead and mentor a high-performing team - building a culture of accountability, trust, and collaboration.
4. Oversee all functional areas of the company including finance, human resources, marketing, and operations to ensure that the company meets its goals and objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
6. Analyze data and provide insights to the CEO and other executives to inform decision-making.
7. Monitor the performance of the company and its employees against established goals and take corrective actions when necessary.
8. Identify and address operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.
9. Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure the company is getting the best value for its investments.
10. Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
11. Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, and investors

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership position, preferably as a COO or in a similar role.
3. Proven track record of success in leading and growing a business or organization.
4. Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce innovation and creativity.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Experience in the industry preferred.
9. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
10. Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Compensation:

• $60,000 Salary + Bonus of 10% of Profits Estimated Earnings $120,000 per year
