We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to recruit full-cycle nationwide, exceed weekly goals, guide candidates through the recruiting process, and coordinate to meet the needs of our partner schools. Recruitment Specialists will assist in substitute teacher onboarding and placement coordination. This position includes minimal travel to recruitment, partner, and company events.
Responsibilities:
Review all incoming resumes from various internet job boards
Contact, track, and assist applicants through application process
Post open positions on company sponsored social media sites, job boards, and website
Attend job fairs, workshops, associations, etc.
Develop new and execute recruiting efforts
Document collection from candidates and governing states, including; college transcripts, criminal release forms, and fingerprint scans.
Develop expert knowledge in process, procedures, and database applications
Assist in emergency hires
Prepare and sent marketing materials
Monitor and discuss all attendance and performance issues with existing substitute teachers
Inform management team of any developing concerns expressed by the school district, employees, and applicants
Follow proper protocol for file follow after workshops
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience in staffing/talent acquisition required
Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proof reading distributed materials and communication
Flexible with start times based on business needs
Excellent customer service phone skills
Knowledge of office administration procedures
Ability to maintain confidential materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft programs
