Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Substitute Teacher to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education for students in the absence of the classroom teacher. This position provides a flexible schedule and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities

• Conducting classroom instruction following lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Managing classroom behavior and ensuring students' adherence to school rules
• Delivering engaging and interactive lessons that meet educational standards
• Providing individualized support and guidance to students as needed
• Collaborating with fellow teachers and school staff to ensure a smooth transition between classes
• Assessing student performance and providing feedback to regular teachers

Qualifications

• Are age 21 or older
• Are legally registered to work in the USA
• 60 Complete College Credits with a minimum of a 2.0 GPA
• Background Check Clearance (Misdemeanors Depends / NO FELONIES)
