Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Has a minimum of 36 college credits.

• Missouri Substitute Certificate or Teaching License required. Don't have one? No worries! We'll assist you in obtaining your Missouri Substitute Certificate if you have relevant experience working with children.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver prepared lesson plans to classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the needs of individual students.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to discipline and attendance.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Communicate with school administrators and regular teachers regarding any issues or concerns.
• Provide feedback to the regular teacher on students' progress and behavior.
