SubSource is a technology provider firm. We are looking for a Full-Time Application Sales and Support Representative to join our growing team! The ideal candidate should be motivated, honest, self-sufficient and tech savvy with EXCELLENT follow-up and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Provide client account support for our platform.
- Provide training and demos to increase user base.
- Ensure any and all application issues are followed up on and taken care of.
- Provide application training to users, when needed.
- Work closely with outsourced team members on issues and requests.
- Provide input and feedback on new projects.
- Work with remote-viewing surveillance systems to ensure functionality.
- Update login credentials for our Auditing team.
- Utilize JIRA for web support issues and follow ups.

Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum education of 2 years in college (CS major preferred)
- Prior IT/Application support experience
- JIRA Software knowledge preferred
