    FULL-TIME APPLICATION SALES & SUPPORT

    SubSource - Anaheim, CA

    SubSource is a technology provider firm. We are looking for a Full-Time Application Sales and Support Representative to join our growing team! The ideal candidate should be motivated, honest, self-sufficient and tech savvy with EXCELLENT follow-up and communication skills.

    Job Description:

    • Provide client account support for our platform.
    • Provide training and demos to increase user base.
    • Ensure any and all application issues are followed up on and taken care of.
    • Provide application training to users, when needed.
    • Work closely with outsourced team members on issues and requests.
    • Provide input and feedback on new projects.
    • Work with remote-viewing surveillance systems to ensure functionality.
    • Update login credentials for our Auditing team.
    • Utilize JIRA for web support issues and follow ups.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Minimum education of 2 years in college (CS major preferred)
    • Prior IT/Application support experience

    • Must be tech-savvy
