Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Attorney - Entry Level
Job Description
Subin Associates, LLP, one of New York City's leading personal injury litigation firms, is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to become a part of our growing team! Although the ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a New York plaintiff's personal injury firm, we will train the right candidate who lacks that level of experience. All candidates must be capable of managing an active caseload and directing paralegal and support staff. Strong drafting, calendar management and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of CPLR, particularly the discovery process is important. Experience with motion practice and court operations in all metropolitan New York counties is desirable but not essential. Experience handling construction accident cases under Sections 240(1) and 241(6) of the NY Labor Law is is a big plus.
