    We are seeking a Microsoft Excel for Business Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to collaborate with our Curriculum Development Team in creating high‑quality, skills‑based courseware aligned to the Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel for Business Finance Associate certification.

    This role offers a unique opportunity to apply real‑world business finance expertise using Microsoft Excel 365 to design engaging instructional content for K–12 and Higher Education learners, preparing them for academic success and industry‑recognized certification.

    Project Scope & Responsibilities

    Lesson Development

    Design clear, structured lessons that teach core business finance concepts in Excel, including:

    Financial statement analysis

    Loan and investment analysis

    Financial forecasting and projections

    Data preparation and validation

    Provide step‑by‑step instructions that reflect real‑world business finance workflows.

    Video Walkthroughs

    Create concise, easy‑to‑follow video demonstrations showing how to execute business finance tasks using Excel 365.

    Visual & Screenshot Creation

    Capture professional, high‑quality screenshots that clearly illustrate Excel formulas, tools, and financial modeling steps.

    Collaboration

    Partner closely with curriculum designers to ensure lessons:

    Align to exam objectives

    Meet instructional quality standards

    Accurately reflect business finance best practices

    Required Qualifications

    Microsoft Excel 365 Expertise

    Demonstrated mastery of Excel applied to business finance, not just general spreadsheet use.

    Business Finance Knowledge

    Strong understanding of financial analysis, loans, investments, and forecasting concepts.

    Educational or Instructional Experience

    Experience developing curriculum, instructional content, or teaching business, finance, or accounting concepts (K‑12, Higher Ed, or professional education).

    Technical Communication Skills

    Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly using written instructions, visuals, and video.

    High Attention to Detail

    Accuracy in formulas, calculations, financial logic, and presentation.

    Position Type & Compensation
