  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Submissions Processor to join our mortgage lending team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and submitting mortgage application files to underwriting. You will ensure that all required documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted within deadlines. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mortgage documentation and excellent time management skills. Responsibilities: • Review mortgage application files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lender and regulatory guidelines • Prepare and submit complete mortgage files to underwriting (UW) within required timeframes • Order and track supporting documents such as titles, appraisals, and payoffs as needed • Communicate with brokers, clients, and third-party vendors to obtain missing or updated documentation • Ensure all data is accurately entered into the loan origination system (LOS) Qualifications: • Experience in mortgage processing, submissions, or a related administrative role in lending • Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, loan products, and submission requirements • Familiarity with ordering and reviewing third-party reports, such as titles and appraisals • Proficiency in loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple files efficiently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with brokers, underwriters, and vendors Compensation: $50,000
