    We're hiring a Project Engineer to join a world-class offshore project team that’s building innovative solutions for subsea systems, marine construction, and offshore installation. This is not your standard PE role—we're looking for someone ambitious, polished, and switched on, ready to lead, grow, and make real impact.

    Experience: 2-5 years

    Our client is a leading provider of subsea services, specializing in marine construction, offshore installation, and commercial diving. We are seeking a dynamic and progressive Project Engineer to join their Project Management Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead project initiatives, interface with clients, and work closely with executive leaders in a grooming fashion.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Interface with clients to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and address technical queries.
    • Collaborate closely with executive leaders, providing insights and contributing to strategic decisions.
    • Develop and design offshore installation procedures, including risk assessments and vessel schedules.
    • Oversee and conduct offshore installation operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating with various departments to achieve project goals.
    • Prepare and review installation guidelines, mobilization plans, and engineering documentation.
    • Participate in HIRAs, risk assessments, and responsibility matrix development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Ocean, or related field).
    • 2-5 years of experience in subsea installation, offshore installation, marine construction, or offshore drilling.
    • Strong foundation in subsea structures, risers, flowlines, umbilicals, and flexible installations.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing projects and teams.
    • Ability to work under strict timelines and perform well in high-pressure environments.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
