    Your Role: Key Responsibilities

    Client Support: Manage a caseload of clients, offering personalized guidance and care.

    Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans that address underlying factors contributing to substance use.

    Family Involvement: Provide support and education to clients’ families, fostering a strong network for recovery.

    Therapeutic Facilitation: Lead group therapy sessions and offer one-on-one counseling tailored to client progress.

    Collaboration: Partner with clinical staff to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.

    Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) while adhering to BHDDH regulations and agency policies.

    Professional Conduct: Uphold the highest standards of care with a compassionate and professional demeanor.

    Qualifications:

    State Licensure: Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP) required.

    Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in substance use counseling.

    Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in substance use counseling techniques, DSM-5, ICD-10, ASAM criteria, and EHR systems.

    Interpersonal Strengths: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a compassionate and supportive attitude.
