    _You can make a difference by helping people get back into the swing of life at Ponessa Behavioral Health as the Central Referral Specialist for Substance Use Disorder Outpatient program._

    Summary:

    • Schedule: On-site, part-time, M-F from 2:00 AM-6:00 PM
    • Location: Ponessa Behavioral Health - Lancaster Office
    • Hourly- 18.00 per hour

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Processing all referrals submitted by internal and external referrals
    • Determining insurance eligibility and working alongside our billing department
    • Communication and follow up with both community partners and consumers
    • Managing both a comprehensive client list and navigation of our electronic health records system
    • Managing monthly insurance changes
    • Communication with clinical members of the SUD Outpatient team around assigning referrals, caseloads, availability, Etc.
    • Managing the input or export of documentation in the electronic health records system
    • Supporting the Program Director with tasks relevant to SUD Outpatient
    • Additional responsibilities deemed appropriate by the Program Director

    Qualification and Skill Requirements:

    • HS Diploma or GED
    • Ability to stay organized and multitask
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Team player approach

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Bilingual (Spanish)

    Credentials:

    • PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
    • PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
    • PA Department of Human Services: Use service code 1KG738
