Qualifications:

Minimum 30 college credits from an accredited college or university

Valid New Jersey Substitute Teacher Credential (or eligible to obtain one)

Experience working with preschool-age children preferred

Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances

Ability to follow licensing, safety and best practice guidelines

Excellent communication skills

Schedule:

6.5-hour workday

30-minute unpaid lunch

6.0 paid hours per day

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour

$108.00 per full day worked

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and engaging Substitute Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team! As a Substitute Teacher, you will teach classes using the Creative Curriculum provided by the school on a temporary, as-needed basis. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment while following licensing guidelines alongside a Lead Teacher in a preschool classroom.
