    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

    Follow established lesson plans and daily routines prepared by the lead teacher

    Engage children in age-appropriate learning activities, games, and storytelling

    Assist with feeding, diapering/toileting, and other basic care needs

    Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization

    Communicate effectively and respectfully with children, staff, and parents

    Document incidents and report concerns to appropriate staff members

    Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

    Follow all center policies, licensing regulations, and health & safety procedures

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or GED required

    Experience working with young children in a childcare or classroom setting preferred

    CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Ability to pass background check and meet local childcare licensing requirements

    Flexibility and reliability for on-call or short-notice assignments

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children
