Your Responsibilities:

• Follow lesson plans left by the absent teacher to maintain continuity for students
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment
• Adapt confidently across grade levels (K-12) and subject areas
• Communicate professionally with school staff and administrators
• Adhere to all school district policies and procedures during assignments

  Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 60 college credits with a 2.0 GPA or higher
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Three professional references required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Background check. Out of Pocket cost.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
