    We are seeking Guest Service Representative candidates with all shift flexibility for our extended-stay hotel. Job duties include exceptional guest sales and service at the front desk and executing all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day. Responsibilities: • Sales and reservations via phone and in-person • Guest check-in and out • Giving guidance to guests in dining and directions • Taking payments and doing billing • Follow all safety and security procedures and be able to respond accordingly when situations arise • Inventories, laundry, movement of goods throughout the building • Consistently 'wow' our guests with the quality of your service and our award-winning hotels Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person • Capacity to pay attention to details for billing and reservations • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment • Desire to meet/exceed exceptionally high standards • Exceptional Attitude, ability, and desire to work on a team • A high degree of self-motivation • Capacity to do whatever it takes to make this hotel successful • Flexible schedule is a plus, and some weekend/holiday availability • Integrity, ability to make decisions • Minimum 2 years of consistent employment experience required Compensation: $14 hourly
