Job Description
As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be the voice and face of succession, as we continue to trailblaze the telecommunication market and advance our clients footprint regionally and nationally. You will complete a 2-4 week intensive training program mastering the sales pitch, presentation, product knowledge, and compliance policies. Upon completing the training and mastering the entry-level sales, you will have access to other avenues at SUCCESSION - including more clients to work with and the opportunity to train and develop fellow employees.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER;S PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Delivery of interactive sales presentations on industry-leading telecommunications technology
- Daily and weekly participation in ongoing customer acquisition, sales, and compliance training
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including the number of customers reached, presentations completed, orders processed, and any customer relationship issues
- Commitment to constant personal and professional development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic administrative skills and accurate data entry
- Skilled at multitasking in a fast paced environment
- College degree preferred, but a combination of experience and education will be considered for the right candidate
- Desire to assist a company to grow and develop career goals within the team
