REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing or outreach role. Specifically, individuals with backgrounds in Hospitality, Promotions, or Sales do exceptionally well at Succession Promotions
• Self-motivated, dedicated team player with innovative ideas to inspire growth and development
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build dependable relationships among customers and team members alike
• Embrace the mindset of continuous learning and development and actively contribute to all meetings, seminars, and training sessions
• Consistent track record of high performance, exceeding expectations and raising the bar
