    Our organization is seeking an experienced and passionate Event & Business Development Coordinator to manage and execute our events while simultaneously working on business development. The ideal candidate will have a knack for planning, promoting, and bringing visions to life, alongside the skills necessary for business expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital environment and possesses an innovative mindset towards event management and business development. Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution: • Coordinate, plan, and execute company events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. • Coordinate 4-5 in-person events and approximately 10 online events annually, representing the organization. • Secure engaging speakers and manage all communications leading up to the event. • Plan and arrange memorable entertainment tailored for up to 50 attendees per event. • Manage event budgets efficiently, ensuring the best ROI. Business Development : • Assist with securing sponsorships and partnerships that align with our organization's values and goals. • Manage our CRM (Go High Level) effectively, keeping records up-to-date and utilizing its capabilities to maximize potential leads. • Actively grow our memberships through inbound lead management, inbound marketing strategies, and proactive social media outreach. • Maintain an active presence in relevant social media groups, fostering community engagement and increasing brand visibility. Podcast Management : • Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with potential podcast guests. • Assist with the logistical planning of weekly podcast episodes. Communication & Collaboration: • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of event objectives and business development goals. • Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors, partners, and stakeholders. Qualifications: • Proven experience in event planning and execution. • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Go High Level. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. • Innovative and strategic thinking. • Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously. • Proficient in social media platforms and outreach techniques. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
