Job Description

You are a friendly, upbeat individual with a full understanding of cannabis, cannabis sales and the cannabis industry. You live in or near the Portland area, have prior relationships with intake managers and bud tenders in the oregon area and over two years of experience in cannabis sales but not necessary. You have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license and insurance and a valid OLCC Marijuana Woker’s Permit. You are able to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation Commission Based. We will give you all the tools needed to succeed in this industry but it takes a person of a certain quality to land the deal. Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Research customers’ individual or business purchase needs.
• Hit sale goals on a monthly and quarterly basic.
• Participate in internal sales meetings to ensure that clear expectations are set, and goals are clearly defined.
• Build relationships with industry associations, vendors, retail store, and other industry contacts to identify prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the inventory and packing teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of products.
• Make recommendations for the customers.
• Track and report on sales metrics, work continually to improve sales volume, units sold, and customer/vendor portfolio.
• Reviewing orders at the delivery point to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling complaints from clients, and answering questions.
• Providing accurate and complete document relating to the purchases and deliveries.
