This position is with an established agency with locations in Aurora, Stapleton, and Highlands Ranch, CO. It is a fast-paced working environment where organizational and multitasking skills are REQUIRED. Strong potential for advancement opportunities. NO prior experience necessary but a PLUS.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service Representative = Completely Satisfied Customers
- Assist clients with policy changes and questions
- Process payments & mortgagee changes
- Notate specific detailed notes on clients' files
- Discuss coverages and gaps to increase/add new products to existing clients' accounts for cross sells
- Manage time and multi-task to complete all necessary tasks daily
- Build relationships with clients and make sure they are properly protected!
- Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed in Property & Casualty or in process of obtaining licensing
- Prior insurance experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and quick thinking
- Excellent communication, writing, speaking & listening skills
- Excellent computer knowledge & usage of various Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- MUST pass a background check
