CSR WITH RETAIL ROUTING IN 3PL WAREHOUSE
Job Description
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, this associate will ensure that orders are shipped timely, meeting all retail compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Route orders timely, via customer and/or carrier web sites.
Schedule outbound loads and update Shipping Schedules within the WMS. Create Retail complaints, Bills of Lading including VICS
Distribute any/all vendor compliance requirements and ensure all teams understand their role as it relates to shipping.
Respond to all Sales and Customer inquiries
Attend all Team meetings and proactively contribute any innovative ideas.
PAY RATE: 16+ (DOE)
At least 1 year in CSR experience in a 3PL Warehouse with Retail Routing Experience
1ST Shift (7am start/8am start)
WMS, AS400
OVERTIME REQUIRED
