    We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys and staff, managing the front desk, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. Excellent benefits package: • Paid Time Off • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance • 401(k) and Safe Harbor match Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner • Answer and direct incoming phone calls • Manage the firm's main email account and distribute messages accordingly • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys • Assist with preparing legal documents, correspondence, and other materials • File and maintain electronic and physical records • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing • Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as needed • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms • Adhere to confidentiality standards and safeguard sensitive information Qualifications: • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Previous experience working in a law firm or professional office environment preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Professional demeanor and appearance • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus Compensation: $15 - $22 hourly DOE
