Our firm provides: • Excellent benefits (health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k)+ safe harbor match, PTO, career development opportunities) • Healthy work-life balance work environment • Flexible schedule Responsibilities: • Reviews, organizes and summarizes case documents • Assist attorneys in preparation of hearings and upcoming depositions • Draft routine notices, affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence • Prepare discovery • Communicate with clients, attorneys, staff and other outside personnel to obtain information and provide case status and updates • Perform legal research and provide guidelines as to deadlines • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal • Familiar with TRCP and FRCP • Proficiency in legal research and writing • Trial/Evidentiary hearings experience is mandatory • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple cases, set priorities, and handle them • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 DOE
