Bilingual Senior Marketing Coordinator - Korean & English The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s visibility, client engagement, and overall market presence, particularly within Korean-speaking communities. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills in both Korean and English and a deep understanding of the legal industry. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Planning: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the firm's business development goals. • Identify and target new client segments within Korean-speaking communities. • Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to create tailored marketing campaigns. Content Creation and Management: • Create, translate, and localize marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, web content, and social media posts in Korean and English. • Manage the firm's online presence, including website updates and SEO optimization, ensuring content is accurate and engaging. Event Coordination: • Plan and coordinate firm-sponsored events, webinars, and seminars targeting Korean-speaking audiences. • Manage event logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities to maximize client engagement. Client Relationship Management: • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry contacts, and community organizations within the Korean community. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for client development. Analytics and Reporting: • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools. • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and ROI for senior management. Collaboration and Leadership: • Lead and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Work closely with the business development team to align marketing efforts with overall firm goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. • Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken) is required. • Strong understanding of Korean culture and market dynamics. • Proven experience in creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
