    Responsibilities:

    • Handling multiple office tasks
    • Research files, mailings, and other office tasks
    • Organize appointments and maintain the calendar
    • Provide support to our sales team
    • Other office tasks as needed

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years of office administration experience
    • Customer service experience is a plus!
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
