Responsibilities:
- Handling multiple office tasks
- Research files, mailings, and other office tasks
- Organize appointments and maintain the calendar
- Provide support to our sales team
- Other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of office administration experience
- Customer service experience is a plus!
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
