The primary job of this position is to ensure clients get great service by being the "backbone" of our shop!WHAT YOU'LL DO:Office Support: Perform a variety of customer service and administrative duties as needed by the shop. This may include such things as answering phones, scheduling, running various errands, updating the workflow-board, checking-in/out customers, assisting customers at the counter, performing call backs to clients, other tasks as directed by business need and organizing and maintain an orderly appearance throughout the front office.Prepare Paperwork: Manage quotes, invoices, and other documents for customer or vendors using our Systems.Sales: Selling services to customers.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Well Dressed, Bright Smile, Clean, Professional Appearance: We're a believer in relationships, with our fellow team members and customers. The professional nature of what you do, matters.Computer Knowledge: Must possess a working knowledge of how to use a computer. This includes the ability to type, operate an email account, Word, Excel and use office softwares.Customer Service Skills: Must have at least 1 year in any customer service or administration relation position.Organizational & Focus Skills: Must be able to work and complete work tasks in a timely fashion in an environment that has constant distractions and interruptionsCommunication Skills: Must be able to communicate in English fluently, both in verbal and in written form.
