Requirements for Position:

Greet customers, listen to customer requests, and confirm desired services.

Prepare comprehensive estimates of tires, parts, and labor needed to perform the services.

Drive profit through the sale of tires, service/maintenance, repairs, and parts.

Respond to and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Promote additional services to encourage future business.

Monitor and communicate the progress of the vehicle servicing and communicate status to the customer promptly.

Gain customer approval for any additional services to maintain awareness, compliance, and to foster positive relationships.

Complete all manufacturers' training as required.

High School(or GED) completion.

Minimum 2 years retail sales experience.

Tire, Automotive Parts, & Service Experience Preferred.

Clean Cut. Well Groomed.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a frequent basis.

Commitment to continued training.

Other duties as assigned by management.
