    DESCRIPTION:

    SumBridge is hiring a full-time role for an Assistant Merchandiser with a client on the east side. The person in this role is to assist the Associate Merchandiser and Merchandiser in defining and developing key merchandise using market trends, client initiatives and brand strategy. The Assistant Merchandiser will work with internal teams to achieve client margin requirements and maximize the company’s profitability.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in product variety plan and assist in sourcing of all products both for ecommerce and catalog promotional products
    • Responsible for costing of each item going into a website and understands pricing tiers
    • Enter and own orders from start to finish
    • Getting Co-Ops set up for website items and keeping current Co-Ops up to date
    • Assist in the organization of product materials and costing information for client meetings including power point presentations
    • Coordinate all photography for website
    • Create resource numbers for operations to reference
    • Create load information for each item going on the web for the operations team to load
    • Handle the finalization of all art requests with the creative team

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business or a related field or equivalent work experience
