GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
Sales Coordinator provides clerical and operational support to Sales Managers or Administrators. This position comes with duties like balancing scrap metal with coworkers for month end close, working with production scheduling, organizing meetings and presentations, handling correspondence, and supporting sales representatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Attention to Detail
- Computer competencies to include office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills
- Using computer, enter quality, production metrics as well as various letters and reports
- Provide primary support to the sales team
- Balancing scrap reports
- Some accounting skills such as AR/AP
- Maintain regular and satisfactory attendance
- Perform work outside of normal business hours as needed
