JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources, Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities - primarily around the organization and coordinating our Human Resources policies and procedures.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the HR Department with maintaining employee personnel files and filing systems (activities, terminations, i9's, etc.) using our HRIS

• Coordinate and participate in New Hire orientation and Exit Interviews. Analyze and leverage insights to present trends and recommend improvements to the HR Team

• Assist in preparing HR-Related reports as needed such as: Headcount, Recruitment, Performance, and Compensation reports

• Assist with fielding inquiries from employees and management on HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related topics

• Reviews and proofs job descriptions as assigned

• Assist HR department in gathering market salary information and maintaining records for market data

• Additional duties and responsibilities will be provided from the HR Team as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• A passion for Technology and People

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration or currently enrolled in a degree for HRM or any related field

• Knowledge of California Employment labor laws

• Attention to Detail and Tech Savvy

• Excellent customer service communication, both verbal and written
