Dow Jones’s legal department is looking for an intern for its Princeton, New Jersey campus. The intern will join Dow Jones’s legal department full-time for ten weeks in the Summer of 2022. The intern will work with lawyers in the department on commercial transactions as well as labor and employment, privacy, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Research
• Drafting memoranda
• Reviewing, drafting, and working on special projects for the legal department.

Dow Jones internships are currently planned for in person this Summer 2022, however, the ever-changing landscape may require adjustments toward hybrid or fully remote models.

• Candidates should be either first or second-year law students (with preference given to first-years)
• Intellectually curious, willing to express thoughts freely
• Superb Interpersonal, presentational, and written skills
• Able to prioritize manage and execute tasks, while adhering to critical project timelines in a very fast-paced environment
• Interested students should submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript with their application.
