The primary duty of the Business Intelligence Analyst will be to transform data into insights that can help to improve the value of the business. The intern will work side by side managers by providing data, insights, and tools that our teams rely on to deliver best in class services to T-Mobile customers. The intern will gain knowledge on how to create dashboards and reports using data collection and analysis. They will provide data analytics and reports by building dashboards and reports that will be used in the Magenta Operate initiative.
Develop and manage business intelligence solutions for TSDO.
Provide reports using PowerBI or other office applications to improve TSDO business processes.
Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and delivering on customer requirements.
Analyze business requirements and processes and recommend solutions to management for implementation.
Identify development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving operations for any T-Mobile organization for efficiency and profitability.
Computer Science, Data Science, Machine learning, or Engineering background
SQL coding skills.
Python coding skills.
Familiarity with PowerBI or other Microsoft Power Apps.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills - ability to effectively communicate findings with a large audience.
This role is not eligible for relocation. Intern must have reliable transportation to work in office.
