The intern will have the opportunity to engage with the product at every stage, from design, through testing and then into production and support. They will be working side by side with managers who support the business in delivering a world-class customer experience to our partners around the globe by ensuring maximum operability of our systems.
Will assist in building and maintaining templates and scripts to automate and deploy code and configuration changes.
Work with management to quickly manage and resolve complex issues and outages.
Perform system monitoring, verifying availibity of all hardware, systems, reviewing system and application logs and verifying the completion of scheduled jobs.
Monitor system performance while maintaining the parameters and thresholds required.
Creates and maintains operational documentation.
Currently pursuing a Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Understanding of Java, Power BI, Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, and/or MSQL
Basic understanding of Mobile Applications, Troubleshooting, DevOps, Cloud, Scripting and Database.
Effective communicator that enjoys being a team player
Willingness to learn and lead

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location

The CDC currently defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
