Perform deployment activities on T-Mobile’s core network as per provided procedure.
Provide monitoring of alarms and KPI’s through maintenance, reporting issues to implementer and escalating to Tier support as needed.
Support the development and delivery of training programs and documentation to other departments on new operation and maintenance procedures.
Working towards Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or similar areas
Understanding of Engineering or Operations within the telecommunications industry
Knowledge of wireless networking and wireless mobility
Customer service mindset
