• Perform deployment activities on T-Mobile’s core network as per provided procedure.

• Provide monitoring of alarms and KPI’s through maintenance, reporting issues to implementer and escalating to Tier support as needed.

• Support the development and delivery of training programs and documentation to other departments on new operation and maintenance procedures. ​

• Working towards Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or similar areas

• Understanding of Engineering or Operations within the telecommunications industry

• Knowledge of wireless networking and wireless mobility

• Customer service mindset

• Problem solving and effective communication skills
