The Support/Technology sourcing team at T-Mobile is responsible for finding, engaging and recruiting external talent to join T-Mobile. Building an expertise to understand the external talent market moves, bringing competitive intelligence to our team and partnering with recruiters to ensure our hiring managers have the information they need to make informed hiring decisions.

We're formalizing a sourcing model across multiple recruitment teams. The interns will be fully engaged in helping us to build and test our support model and it's evolution.

1. Partner with recruiters supporting searches for each assigned business function.

2. Source talent using LinkedIn, Workday, SFX and other tools/resources for assigned reqs.

3. Proactively connect with underrepresented talent and market them to recruiters across the Support/Technology teams.

4. Engage with passive talent, passionately selling T-Mobile and building awareness for career opportunities.

5. Track market trends, insights, compensation barriers and report back to req. partners.

A sourcer doesn't have specific credentials, certificates, etc. We're looking for someone who is curious. Who enjoys connecting with people, asking them questions and having conversations. Curiosity, someone who enjoys having backup plans for their backup plans and is tenacious and comfortable with being told no (A LOT) will do well in this role.

Desired intern should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, Sociology, Political Science, Communications, Humanities, etc.

Intern wages vary from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location
