    The Technical Content Writer Intern will be responsible for supporting the MCTOps team with documentation strategy for the delivered solutions to the MIX teams. The individual will write documentation and strategies on the most appropriate avenues of publication. The person will work to inify the presentation of documents through standardized templates. The person will create a modular documentation system by subject matter which can then be used to supplement and create hand-off documentation. Person will audit published spaces for latest information and update any documents necessary. Will also proactively look for opportunities to further improve our technical documentation strategy for internal usage as well as for our partners.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Technical Writing

    • Technical acumen to configure and write content to SharePiont

    • Ability to self-discover how to use web-based workflow and collaboration tools like LucidChart, Workfront, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Technical background and/or editorial background will help the individual in this role.

    • Writing will be a big part of the role as well as content strategizing.

    • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    • This role is not eligible for relocation. Intern must have reliable transportation to work in office.

    • Average pay for summer internships is $23/hour

    • At least 18 years of age

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States

    T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
