    Finance at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. The intern will have the opportunity to learn the enterprise risk management cycle, including conducting industry research, participating in management interviews, documenting and assessing risks, and working with leadership to determine actions to mitigate risks to an acceptable level.     What you will do

    • Conduct industry research and participate in preparing risk briefs on current enterprise risks as well as new and emerging risks.
    • Participate in enterprise risk assessment activities, including executive interviews, draft risk write-ups, and draft report preparation for executive management.
    • Gain an understanding of risk and compliance frameworks and standards.
    • Support the team’s reporting obligations and assist with ad-hoc reporting requests.
    • Commute in writing and in person with business partners and executives via email, reports, interviews, presentations, etc.


    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/ Master’s program.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
    • Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
    • Self-starter who is customer-focused, internally motivated, intellectually curious, and self-confident.
    • Works well and builds trust within our team and with teams across the Company.
    • Able to establish and maintain positive relationships across the enterprise.
    • Capable in written, verbal, and presentation skills.

    This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You'll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
    • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

    Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

    Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
