Our IT organization supports four key business areas—Infrastructure Services, Employee Services, Business Systems, and the Office of the CIO (OCIO)—that collectively enable the technology backbone of the company. Each pillar plays a critical role in delivering reliable systems, enhancing employee productivity, optimizing business applications, and driving strategic technology initiatives.
We offer internship opportunities at multiple education levels designed to help students explore, learn, and contribute to impactful IT projects. Interns gain hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, participate in real-world problem solving, and collaborate with cross-functional teams that keep our global operations running efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Tracks: Business-Focused | Technical-Focused
Key Responsibilities (Business Track):
Learn about OCIO tower and gain exposure to Software Strategy, IT Finance, IT Strategy & Transformation, and Talent Strategy
IT Operational Exposure: Gain experience in IT budgeting processes, visualizing data through Power BI dashboards, and supporting strategic planning in Clarity.
Support project management and business analysis efforts.
Conduct data analysis and develop dashboards or KPIs for IT initiatives.
Help with governance and management activities.
Capstone Project: Develop a final presentation to be given to executive leadership, highlighting key learnings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities (Technical Track):
Basic Technical Exposure: Shadow various teams to learn how they manage enterprise systems, applications, and user support.
Gain an understanding of the Sales, Marketing, and Finance business areas that IT supports.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements or new capabilities.
Assist with system administration & application support.
Help deploy and test infrastructure, cloud services, or end-user solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
Currently enrolled as a Junior (graduating 2027) in a relevant undergraduate program
Business Track: MIS, Business Analytics, Quantitative Finance, or related major; experience with Excel and Power BI/Tableau; interest in IT strategy, digital transformation, or IT finance
Technical Track: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related major; familiarity with Python, PowerShell, SQL, Java, or cloud technologies; interest in systems, networking, or enterprise applications
