    • Developing a strong foundational understanding of RRA's lending platform , deal evaluation, and portfolio management process.
    • Demonstrating initiative, curiosity, and teamwork in every task.

    Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

    • Supporting loan origination and underwriting by gathering market comps, borrower data, and deal metrics.
    • Assisting Asset Management and Servicing teams with portfolio tracking, loan performance analysis, and investor reporting.
    • Contributing to Fund Operations and Accounting with reconciliations, cash flow reports, or process audits.
    • Conducting ad-hoc research projects—market trends, competitor mapping, or capital markets analysis.
    • Presenting your findings and key takeaways to senior leadership at the end of the program.

    Performance Profile

    • Curious and driven — motivated to learn deeply and ask questions that lead to understanding.
    • Detail-oriented — double-checks work and takes pride in accuracy.
    • Proactive — anticipates what's needed next and volunteers to take initiative.
    • Collaborative — works well with cross-functional teams and communicates with clarity.
    • Process-minded — organized in managing multiple assignments and timelines.
    • Committed to continuous improvement — open to feedback, self-aware, and eager to grow.
