    We are looking for an energetic Assistant STEAM Engineer Instructor - Teaching Assistant to join our team! As an Assistant STEAM Engineer Instructor, you will assist the classroom teacher with delivering engaging hands-on STEAM learning experiences. Your will help create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!

    Responsibilities:

    Support classroom instruction by assisting students individually and in small groups

    Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, and during activities

    Reinforce classroom rules and behavioral expectations

    Help prepare materials and organize classroom acticities

    Maintain accurate student records and assist with tracking progress

    Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and lead teacher as needed

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or GED required

    Previous experience as a teaching assistant is preferred

    Familiarity with child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

    Ability to follow safety, health, and sanitation protocols

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Energetic and positive attitude

    Ability to pass a background check
