📅 The Essentials

Dates: June 8th - August 21st, 2026

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: Northern Virginia field sites 📍 (Must live within ~10 miles of Vienna, VA) \

Pay: $170 per day + mileage reimbursement 💰

💼 What You’ll Do

Field Leadership: Visit ~4 camp locations daily to mentor counselors and monitor program quality

Logistics & Support: Deliver emergency supplies and gear so the science never stops

Problem Solve: Act as the first responder for on-site issues, staff call-outs, or student behavior management

Oversight: Provide daily performance reports back to the main administrative office

✅ What You Need

Leadership: 1 - 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity

Youth Background: 1 - 2 years of experience working directly with children.

Wheels: A reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license for daily field travel (Required)

Clearance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
