As a Snapology Lead Instructor, you’ll lead engaging STEM programs for kids ages 3–14 (you won’t have to teach every age group). You’ll guide up to 20 students at a time through awesome, curriculum-based activities that spark creativity, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

You’ll:

Lead high-energy camps, classes, workshops, and birthday parties

Keep learning fun and structured

Prep using provided curriculum and training

Communicate professionally with parents and partners

Inspire kids to keep building with us

What We’re Looking For

2+ years working with children (classroom, camp, youth programs, etc.)

Strong classroom management skills

Dependable, positive, and team-oriented

Teaching background a plus (but not required)

Current background clearances

When You’ll Work

Summer Camps: Up to 40 hours/week during break
