About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage children in summer camp activities and programs.

Develop and implement creative lesson plans that promote learning and development.

Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for all students.

Encourage socialization and teamwork through group activities and games.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and activities..

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or related field preferred, but not necessary.

Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred but not necessary.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred, but not necessary.

Background check required for employment.
