Company Overview i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 4-11 in today’s most popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. Job Summary The Field Supervisor/Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience “Wowing” customers have a leg up on the competition.

We are currently hiring for the following locations:

Crossroads Park (7/14-7/18 & 8/11-8/15) Note: Must be available for a four-hour training shift at Tyee Middle School in Bellevue between 6/24-6/28

HIRING FAIR: JUNE 3 & 4 -- All applicants must be able to attend one of those days

Responsibilities

Field set up and breakdown for events

Manage/supervise part-time staff members

Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule

Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values

Organize equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue

Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

Excellent communication & organization skills

Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems

Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of campers

Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships

Must be at least 18 and able to pass a National Criminal Background Check

Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. We do not tolerate callouts.
