_ Overview:_
Wonderful Citrus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college student for a Summer Internship within our EHS Training Department. This onsite internship provides hands-on experience supporting EHS training programs, data organization, systems development, and process improvement.

You will help support the EHS team by automating compliance training in our LMS, building a Power BI compliance dashboard, and improving workflows using Power Apps. This role focuses on data accuracy, automation, and delivering clear insights to stakeholders.

_ Key Responsibilities:_ Automate LMS training assignments, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, build/optimize Power Apps workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, and generate reports and presentations on compliance metrics.

This position will be based on-site at Wonderful Citrus located in Delano, CA. This schedule for this internship Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs. This internship may require travel.

_ Primary Focus: Systems & Automation Support_

• Assist with building, improving, and maintaining internal systems and automated tools.
• Support data tracking, reporting, and dashboard development using Excel and Power BI.
• Assist with basic Power Apps development or workflow enhancements.
• Help streamline training processes through documentation, automation, and improved data organization.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

_ Secondary Focus: EHS Training Content & Program Support_

• Review, update, and format EHS training materials, presentations, manuals, and job aids.
• Support video editing, graphics, and visual enhancements using Adobe tools.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining training records and documentation.
• Support updates to training programs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Help track training completion and support scheduling and communication efforts

Qualifications

_ Here's what you'll bring to the table:_

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, EHS, or a related field.
• Strong experience or coursework in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or similar tools. Experience with Power Apps (form creation, workflow automation preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
